We have 10 to 18 people per weekend. Most from NYC. Some from NJ, CT and Boston. House has up to 10 guys and 10 girls each weekend. Usually groups of 1 to 4 friends join the house together, ranging in age from 24 through 36.

Depending on your preference, you can have a room with anywhere from 2 to 4 people. You can get the same room each weekend, or set up in any room you like!...

When you get to the house on Friday night you'll see a front porch and double-wide door which opens to a large marble ski/board room. There you can store all of your outdoor equipment. Onward into the house is a long hallway that leads to a den with pool table and sectional couch, a chill place to shoot pool and watch TV. Next door is the hot tub room. Upstairs is an open living room with vaulted ceilings. You'll probably see a fire going in the huge fieldstone fireplace and most of us hanging out there... Saturday, some of us will start skiing early, some a little later. You'll always find someone to go to the mountain when you want to, so no problem if you don't have a car for the weekend. Saturday after skiing we'll be at the after ski party at the mountain, then home to the hot-tub and sauna... Later on, there's an excellent live band every Saturday night at Deacon's Den. On non-ski days, there's snowmobiling, outlet shopping, wine tasting, horse-back riding ...

You can bring 1 guest on any weekend we have space. We permit guests on any given weekend we have room, to whoever reserves first. Guests are not guaranteed a bed.

We offer many different options but most choose the full season share. We also offer exclusive holiday weekend house use when available.
